About Us
To make a true, farmstead cheese, we handle every step of the cheese making process on our 200 acre farm, in Barren County, Kentucky. We provide a naturally healthy environment for our animals by utilizing our pastures and cultivating forages for them here at the farm. The results are healthy cows and plentiful milk production without the need for synthetic hormones. This holistic approach to farming - caring for the land and the animal - creates sustainability for the farmer and the environment, and results in exceptional milk for cheese making. We are committed to using only our own, fresh raw milk to create cheese with character never found in processed cheese.
Since 1998, our dairy has grown to produce over 20 different varieties of authentic farmstead cheese, while keeping with our traditions of personal attention to quality and taste.
