About Us
I raise and market grassfed lamb, and my neighbors' pork, beef, chicken and eggs from our farms in Clark and Montgomery counties. Hoping to add a dairy and cheeseplant within 2 years, school tours within 3. We should be able to make a good living selling good food from animals that had a good life- raised in a way that leaves the environment in good shape. That's how we'll best preserve central Kentucky's farmland. Available by delivery and this summer at Lexington Farmers markets.
