View of floor gardens, winery, vineyards, lake with water fowl, hawks and various bird species. Directions: 7 miles west of Berthoud. Located just off of CR 23E in Larimer County, approximately 1/2 mile from Boulder and Larimer County line. Hoot Owl Dr. is on the east side of 23E. Winery and vineyard located up against Blue Mountain Reservoir. Indian Peaks wilderness, Longs Peak are back drop of lake and winery to the west.
