Today We Farm was created with the vision of supplying a high quality, regenerative, protein rich food source for the Western Slope Colorado communities and our mushrooms do just that! Nick & Niki, a husband and wife team, began their passion for growing mushrooms back in 2013 in Longmont, CO. They decided to relocate to the beautiful mountain valley of Collbran to rebuild and expand their mushroom business. Today We Farm is committed to producing organically and sustainably grown gourmet mushrooms for your dinner table!
